Super pleasant car buying experience all around, there was no typical pushy salesman behavior or underhanded tactics. Family owned operation that feels genuine and honest which is a rarity in the dealership world. I was in and out with a car in about an hour, and made the 230 mile drive home with absolutely zero problems from the car I was sold. Pricing was fair and they even knocked a little bit off for me - Overall I'm very pleased with the car and service, definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good car and honest, fair service!

Fred did an outstanding job of making things right on a couple of issues that were discovered at a local repair facility, and we are extremely grateful and pleased!! And we just LOVE the super-nice 2007 Toyota Highlander that he put us in. Indy Auto Exchange is a very clean and pleasant dealership, and everyone is so friendly. Take it from my wife and I : it’s just different away from the big city. There’s just a more relaxed vibe in a small town. Including here. We look forward to many years of fine motoring. And keeping Indy Auto Exchange in mind for future automotive transportation needs. Highly recommended!!!!

A genuinely pleasant car buying experience. The car is exactly as advertised. The couple who run the lot were both incredibly easy to work with. I don't need to buy a car anymore but if I did I would buy it here.

I have bought many cars in my life, and this is the best experience I have ever had. I was looking for a higher mileage but nice car for my wife, and found just what I wanted on this lot through Autotrader. The car was in much nicer condition than you would expect for a 2013. When I went to drive it I found out it had new tires, brakes and struts, which was not in the original description. These folks know customer service! It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive to buy this car.

Very nice, took $$ off of car, without me even asking. After I took 2002 Lexus RC430 home, heater did not work. Brought it back, and they were happy to have it fixed.
